Important! Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If one or more of your Sunland Home items arrives broken, PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM(S) BACK TO US
WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING
CUSTOMER SERVICE
FOR INSTRUCTIONS.
If you send the items back to us
without authorization, we will be unable to reimburse your return shipping costs.
In most cases we will instruct you to dispose of the damaged items rather
than ship the items back to us. If we instruct you to return damaged or
incorrect item(s), Sunland Home will pay for return shipping charges. We
will replace damaged or incorrect items promptly at no additional cost to
you.
Other Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your
Sunland Home purchase for any reason you may return your item(s) in
saleable condition for exchange or refund of your purchase price. You
must contact
Sunland Home for return
authorization. Returns must be postmarked
within 60 days of receipt of order and must be packaged properly to avoid
breakage during return shipment. Shipping charges will not be refunded, but
you will be issued a credit toward your next Sunland Home order equal to
your return shipping costs up to $5.00 (Maximum of one $5.00 credit per
customer per 30 day period).
